How to get more done, feel good, work well, do less and even become a blogger

As I think you know by now, I’m always on the hunt for good tips for getting stuff done. So I was pretty delighted to find nine. My favourite is number eight. Which is yours?
Of course the problem with getting stuff done is that there is so much of it. And even when you love what you do (and the family you do it round!) you can feel a little treadmill-ish. Here are 10 ways to feel more in control, healthier and energetic. I need more of number 1!
What do you do in the last ten minutes of your work day? I was spending it squeezing in a few little tasks before bed (yawn) but now I’m trying this. It’s fun and it’s helped me get more done because I like to have something useful to say! PS I use DayOne to record mine but a notebook is just as good.
Last week, over on our Facebook page, I asked if you’re a multitasker or a ‘one-at-a timer’. Guess what? We’re all multitaskers! Ok so that wasn’t such a huge surprise. But I’ve been reading articles like this one and I’m getting quite convinced that, for some tasks, ‘one-at-a-time’ is definitely better. I’ve got a way to go yet but are you going to join me?!
